It’s Statistics All Over Again!
(An Activity Report on the Statistics Group week)

Personally, the subject Statistics sucks (yes, I’m biased) probably because of the experiences I had undergone and the feelings I do not want to feel again. Oh, despair. . .it seems Stat likes to be with me: I belong to the statistics group and I am about to write about the week that we held the Math1 class focusing on the topic of Statistics.

We prepared the usual group presentation stuff: debate, audio-video presentation and of course outdoor games!
First up on the list is the outdoor games, what we thought of originally was so rad(ical) that we had the difficulty of putting it into life. The groups were required to attend to the all the stations that we have prepared, with each station containing two options: either to Play or to Solve. The outdoor game we carried out was less rad than we would want it to be, but given an entirely different circumstance than we had that week (we were so dang busy), I guess it would have done it better.  (haha. Reasons.)
The debate was about statistical polls being either reliable or not. I was on the opposition, standing the belief that statistical polls are not reliable for some reasons. The opposition won and we were glad that day was over.
To top off the week, we had the premier of out movie which is. . .title-less. The story revolves around the life of Gardo (played by Jayson) who was a probinsyano seeking greener pasture in the city. He was hired in a law firm and was able to debunk a murder case. Just so you guys know, we were very proud of our movie. A trailer comes along with it. (^^v)
The phrase: team work makes the dream work is very much applicable. Just like any other team job that has to be accomplished, this activity was carried out through the combined efforts of every group member. The greatest lesson I had learned for this activity is to make things ahead of time if possible; but if it is not, go cram. And endure the consequences.
